We owned the provincial technical center affirmed by Ningxia Autonomous Region, this technical center is the R&D base of belt conveyor for Tiandi Science & Technology of China Coal Technology & Engineering Group. In July, 2013, the company has been awarded national “New high technology Company”.

Expert Introduction

   Wang Rongguo

Wang Rongguo was born in April, 1973, graduated from Liaoning Project Technology University with Bachelor Degree, senior engineer and began his work in 1996. Now, he is the Vice General Manager and Chief Engineer in Ningxia Tiandi Northwest Coal Machinery Co., Ltd. He organized to design flexible belt conveyor with 1.4m width used in gate road for Daliuta coal mine of Shenhua Group, and flexible belt conveyor with 1.6m used in gate road. He conquered key technology with use of long-distance, high-power conveyor dynamic analysis methods as well as drum finite element analysis, and wrote computerized design programs for conveyor belt and the main configuration, also wrote computerized procedures for the strength check of roller shaft. A quadrant converter soft start downward belt conveyor was researched by him has achieved national utility model patents. It has been awarded quality product for flexible belt conveyor, a quality service achievement awards, third prize of municipal scientific and technological progress, and third prize of Science and Technology of China Coal Industry awards. He enjoy the special government allowance in Shizuishan city in 2005 and 2007, won the "National Machinery Industry labor model" in 2008, has been awarded "313 talent Project in Ningxia autonomous Region" in 2009 and "Shizuishan talents" in 2010, awarded third prize of coal Industry Association technology progress in 2011 an third prize of machinery Industry Federation.

 

 Liu Shijun

Liu Shijun was born in Aug.1962, graduated from Ningxia Radio and Television University with college degree, senior engineer and began his work in Sep. 1980. Now, he is the Deputy Chief Engineer of Quality, Quality Assistant of General Manager and Chief of Quality Control Department. He has been awarded third prize of quality control processes of computer-aided drawing modern achievements issued by Ningxia Coal Institute in 1992. He organized technology research on gate road belt conveyor with1.4m width and awarded third prize of scientific and technological progress, third prize of Coal Industry Association and China Coal Society. He held the post of several technology teams leader during 2006 to 2009, organized to design PLC combination drilling, CNC milling machine with curved teeth, pulling machines manufacturing line plane, arc bevel gears in hardened scraping processing, he has been awarded first prize of Technology Achievement in Shi Zuishan City in 2007. In 2008, he organized to finish the D446 (3 × 1600KW), ie. Asia's largest mouth of shaft belt conveyor technology research, gained identification of autonomous Science and Technology Department and filled the gap in this area, which also got utility model technology patents on overloaded composite wear-resistant nylon rollers and cutter and machine tool. He was named "351" Talent engineering and technical talents in Ningxia Autonomous Region in 2010, for as the experts involved in the autonomous region and Shizuishan "Twelfth Five-Year" plan, demonstrated to propose autonomous regions and heavy equipment manufacturing industry in Shizuishan. 

 

Shi Zhenxiong

Shi Zhenxiong was born in April, 1996, graduated from Shanxi Mining Industry with Bachelor Degree, senior engineer, he began his work from 1988. Now, he is Deputy Chief Engineer and Deputy Director of Designing Department of Ningxia Tiandi Northwest Coal Machinery Co., Ltd. In 1994, He awarded third prize of Science and Technological progress in Ningxia Coal Institute with "Bearing Steel Punch Bearing Housing and Welding Structure Roller". In 1997, he awarded fourth prize of Science and Technological progress with "SSJ1000/200 flexible belt conveyor," He enjoyed special Shi Zuishan government allowances during 2005 to 2009. In 2007, he awarded third prize of Ningxia autonomous Region for “Science and Technological progress with 1.4m belt conveyor used in gate road". In 2005, he organized to implement the upward Belt Conveyor in main shaft" 3 * 1600kw of Yangchangwan coal mine of Ningxia Coal, which won the third prize of Science and Technology progress of Ningxia autonomous Region in 2008.

 

Ye Jianqing

 

Ye Jianqing was born in Dec. 1967, graduated from China University of Mining and Technology with Bachelor Degree, senior engineer, he began his work from July, 1990, now he is Deputy Chief Engineer and Director of Designing Department. He organized more than twenty kinds of belt conveyor on behalf of national advanced level. Hereinto, he awarded fourth prize of Ningxia Coal Science & Technology in 1997 with SSJ1000/200 flexible belt conveyor. In 1997, he awarded fourth prize of Ningxia Coal Science & Technology. In 2009, he awarded third prize of Science & Technology of China Coal Industry with 1.4m width steeply inclined belt conveyor, which is adopted roller frame structure of the roller on the short side of a long deep groove roller angle, reducing the roller frame weight and costs, which make large angle belt conveyor market more competitive. In 2008, he organized to design belt conveyor exported to Russian, which is an international cooperation project of Technology Department of Ningxia Autonomous Region. In 2009, belt conveyor with 1.4 m width used in gate road has been awarded third prize of Science and Technology of China Coal Industry. In 2010, Ye Jianqing organized belt conveyor project used in copper coal mine in Inner Mongolia, he has been awarded "351 Talent Project" - the honorary title of municipal experts, in 2012, he has been awarded Honor of "313 Talent Project" - New Century Academic Technology Leaders”.

Ren Lingkang

Ren Lingkang was born in April, 1961, graduated from Ningxia Radio and Television University with College Degree, senior engineer, he began his work from Sep. 1983, now, he is Deputy Chief Engineer and Director of R&D department of Ningxia Tiandi Northwest Coal Machinery Co., Ltd. In 2007, he organized to design DTC180/330/3×1600 main shaft steeply inclined belt conveyor for Qing Shuiying coal mine of Shenhua Ningmei Group, this conveyor with transportation capacity 10MT/Y, load distance is 779m, belt width is 1.8m, power is 3 *1600KW, inclination is 25°-26°, belt strength is ST4500. This belt is adopted with most advanced frequency conversion technology from Siemens, and created the record of steep dip main shaft belt in coal mine area. This successfully technology not only shows the capability of design and manufacture, but also means that our company has the advanced technological advantage. In 2005, won351 the top-notch personnel of professional skills in Shi Zuishan city, in 2006, won Most Excellent Expert and third prize of Science & Technology in Ningxia autonomous region, and first prize of excellent paper in Shi Zuishan Academic activity, in 2009, won May 1st Labor Medal, in 2010, won the third prize of Science & Technology of China Mechanical Industry with 1.8m Steeply inclined belt conveyor.

 

Yan Xiufang

Yan Xiufang was born in Sep, 1968, graduated from Xian Mining University with Bachelor Degree, he began his work from 1991, now he is Deputy Chief of Technology Department of Ningxia Tiandi Northwest Coal Machinery Co., Ltd.  During 2004 to 2006, she has undertaken the technology research of localization on largest belt conveyor in Asia and the first large volume conveyor, super-long distance belt conveyor, won the third prize of autonomous scientific and technological progress, during 2006 to 2007, she organized to design longitudinal beam combination drilling machine in domestic belt conveyor industry, which improved the efficiency of our manufacturing automation belt conveyor and created precedent of a belt conveyor manufacturing. Moreover, she organized to research on scraping hardened spiral bevel gear, which filled the domestic blank scraping technology. “Arc bevel gear machining hardened scraping " won the first prize in Shizuishan comprehensive academic activities in 2007, which has solved the troubled years’ problems of the Ministry of spiral bevel gear down shrinkage and made product quality level increased, breaking the previous situation of such products can only be outsourced. During January, 2009 to June 2010, she organized to technology research on spherical worm gear winch, which can solve previous complex progress and difficult to control quality, low processing efficiency, etc. She has won first and second term “351Talented Youth Project” and the honorary title of “351 young technical talents" in Shizuishan city. Developed belt width of 1.6 m flexible belt conveyor won the three prize of " China Machinery Industry Science and Technology” , third prize of " China coal Industry Science and Technology Award " ; as well as won the " Top Ten female workers of Shizuishan pacesetter ," " Top Ten female workers of Shizuishan."
