Belt conveyor is the leading product of our company and is customized according the customers’ special requirements.
1.Telescopic Belt Conveyor
The machine is mainly used for delivering raw material at the roadway of coal mine panel with the storage hopper. The tail end can be telescopic according to the advance of the face. The compact structure can make the machine laid directly on the floor of the roadway or can be suspended on the roof of the roadway. The machine frame is lightweight to be disassembled easily. The belt conveyor adopts the entire core belt connected with mechanical joints. When the transmission capacity and transport distance is large, the machine can be equipped with the intermediate drive to conform to the requirements.
1.1 The technical parameters of the telescopic belt conveyor which is developed for Shenghua Group as the localization project in the year of 2004 as follows:

The machine has won the regional scientific and technological progress third prize in 2007 and coal industry association third prize in 2008 and exported to Russia successfully. We have sold more than 100 pieces in recent years at major mining areas, for example Ningxia Coal Mine, Shendong Group, Wan Li Coal Mine, Jinfeng Coal Mine, Lu’nenghequ Coal Mine, Yitai Group , Bailong shan Coal Mine, Datong Coal Mine, Lu’an Coal Mine, Jinxing Coal Mine and Dafosi Coal Mine, etc.
1.2 the technical parameters of the belt conveyor with belt width 1.6m which is developed for Shaanxi Group in 2004 as follows:
§ 1）Belt Width B=1.60m
§ 2）Capacity Q=3000T/H
§ 3） Belt Speed V=4m/s
§ 4）Length =6200m
§ 5） Installation Power N=3×500+3×500 kw, head drive +unloading intermediate drive, can meet the transport requirements of daily output of 3-5million tons and annual output of 12 million tons.
1.3Now we are developing the telescopic belt conveyor with transport capacity of 6000t/h. The main technical parameters as follows:
§ Belt width B=1800mm
§ Transport capacity Q=6000t/h.
§ Belt speed V=5m/s
§ Transport distance L=3000m, the unit length is 6000m if add the unloading drive.
§ Installation power N=3X1250kw, the head intensive drive
The technical performance as follows:
1） The motor can be started with empty loading
2） Brief stop without motor stopping
3) Adopted CST drive device and electrical control system, the soft start can be realized with the starting acceleration 0.03∽0.3 m/s and the starting curve and decelerate can be controlled accurately. Multiple motor drive and have the power balance.
4) Adopted six layer storage winch tensioning method, the belt tensioning device can satisfy the small space with large storage requirements
5) Adjustable test belt speed is 15％-99%;
6) Roller resistance coefficient can reach at 0.022 and the life cycle is more than 30000 h.
7) Quick response tensioning device can satisfy the requirements of belt conveyor starting and dynamic braking features.The machine can come up to the international advanced technical level.
2.High-strength fixed belt conveyor
This kind of machine which is the most widely used type is mainly used in the horizontal or less than 18°condition. Due to the restrictions of the strength and components of the conveyor, the unit length would not be too long. The steel rope core of highest level in domestic is ST6300 and the entire core band is PVG3150S. The imported high strength mechanical joint can reduce the strength of the belt and the size of the drive device. The belt conveyor home and broad usually adopt the intermediate line friction drive and intermediate unloading drive and soft –start technology to solve the starting problem of large scale conveyor.
2.1 The technical parameters of the belt conveyor DTL160/310/4×1850S for main shaft transportation which is developed for Ningdong Coa base Meihuajing Coal mine in 2008 as follows:

2.2The technical parameters of the maingate belt conveyor with transport distance 7.8km which is manufactured for Shendong Bulianta Coal mine in 2005 as follows:

2) Transport Capacity Q=3500T/h
3) belt speed V=4.5m/s
4) transport distance=7800m
5) Installation Power N=4X500+4X500kw, to reduce the belt strength, adopted the head intensive drive +intermediate unloading drive
3.Big steep
up belt conveyor
Recently，through the analysis of domestic conveyor status and the customers’ requirements of the use of big steep conveyor, we begin to design the series of big steep conveyor on the base of the big steep belt conveyor to enlarge the application scope in order to satisfy the requirements of different belt width, power, transport capacity and transport distance. We improve and develop double V type deep groove roller group of different belt width and adopt the pattern belt conveyor to maximize the conductivity coefficient of friction to enlarge the transport inclination range, thus make the up and down conveyor not only to achieve the soft start and mean load, but also improve the braking performance. The maximum inclination of big steep belt conveyor is 30 degrees with the power of 2 X 630kw using pattern belts.

3.2The big steep belt conveyor DTC160/180/3×1600S manufactured for Ningmei Jinneng company in 2006 with the roadway length of 1365m and intensive drive, the technical parameters as follows:

②Belt Speed V=4.65m/s
③Transport Distance: Q=1800T/H
④Power: N=3×1600 kw
⑤Inclination: α=22°
⑥Unit Length: L=1365 m
⑦ Belt strength: ST5000
The machine has won regional second progress prize in 2008 and Shizui Mountain technology progress first prize in 2011.
3.3The belt conveyor manufactured foe Shanxi Mengjiayao Coal mine is the biggest steep down belt conveyor in domestic market. The belt width is 1.4m, inclination-27, length 1000, and the lifting is 341 m.
4.Horizontal bend conveyor
The necessity of bend conveyor was first researched according to the open air and underground mining of useful minerals. The bend conveyor can replace the transport system in series connection by a plurality of individual straight conveyor arranged in fold line to realize the continuous material transport in the complicate fold line. The belt conveyor can bend on a flat surface can greatly simplify the process and reduce the number of transloading station and reduce the amount of infrastructure projects and investment.
5.The usage of down conveyor of long distance, large transport capacity and bigger inclination can greatly reduce the amount of roadway engineering and infrastructure costs and shorten the construction period. When power generation, the conveyor can input the power to the power grid and has a large economic interest and will be a kind of energy saving equipment.
